Confidentiality
Privacy and Confidentiality is dealt with utmost seriousness
Ensuring strict guidelines to ensure confidentiality
Understanding the privacy and significance of our client’s confidential information, Webztech makes sure to use the information offered by our clients in the most resourceful way. We believe our customer’s confidentiality as the vital aspect of a long-term relationship with our clients. We give the guarantee to keep our client’s IP during the complete project cycle.
Non-Disclosure Agreement with Clients
To ensure the confidentiality and security of client information, Webztech implements a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every client. We place high value on all personal data entrusted to us. Our team clearly communicates and documents the following:
- What specific information is required from the client
- The purpose behind collecting this information
- How the information will be used, along with the security measures at each stage of its protection
- Who is authorized to access or share the information, and under what conditions
- The client’s rights regarding access and control over their data
- Potential risks involved, such as unauthorized changes, data loss, or other breaches
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs) with Employees
- All employees are required to sign a development and proprietary information agreement upon joining, along with a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unethical or unauthorized dealings with external businesses during their employment or project involvement.
- No copyrighted or proprietary information may be disclosed—directly or indirectly—to individuals outside the company or project team. Employees are also not permitted to use, copy, remove, or review such data without proper authorization.
- All sensitive client or third-party information is handled with the utmost confidentiality. Disclosure is only permitted when essential and authorized.
- Any intellectual property or innovative work—such as designs, trademarks, patents, technology, authorship, or proprietary processes—must be formally acknowledged and shared directly with the company.
Confidential Document Control
Access to public email systems is strictly restricted, and the use of USB drives or external writers is limited across all company desktops and laptops. Employees must obtain prior written approval from the project manager to use any personal storage devices.
Additionally, we perform random audits of outgoing emails—especially those sent from administrative mailboxes that exceed the permitted size limit, with or without attachments—to ensure compliance with our data security protocols.
Use of Information
At Webztech, we securely maintain all client information and project-related data with the highest level of protection. This data is safeguarded at every stage and is used solely for internal purposes such as server maintenance, site analytics, and effective client communication.
Prior to using any information for these in-house purposes, we obtain explicit consent from the client at the start of the development process, ensuring transparency and trust from day one.
Policy Change
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend our policies—either in part or in full—based on evolving circumstances or operational requirements. However, we are committed to transparency and will inform our clients of any significant changes that may impact their confidentiality or data privacy with us.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our client confidentiality policies, please feel free to contact us at info@prismetric.com. We’re here to assist you.
